Hi. Just stumbled over your site. Yes, the other woman is Julie. The gentleman at the right is not her husband, but looks like Jim's long-time friend Greg Stanley (check Infernal Bridegroom pix in Photobucket to confirm).
I believe this picture was taken at the U of Houston Alumni Association gala last year where Jim was one of the honorees. Perhaps the man on the left is a UH drama prof? How did you even find this photo!! Nice...
